Paula has spent over 30 years in office administration and finance roles, from Office Manager, Assistant Accountant, Payroll Officer, Accounts Payable Administrator, Customer Services and everything in between.,
She has a vast amount of practical life experience, has traveled (and still does) extensively, has moved house countless times, has participated in expos, markets and conferences, worked in retail, the wedding industry, hosted retreats, and is also a qualified massage and Bowen Therapist!

Paula is an ‘attention to detail’ person with a flair for thinking outside the box and quite often see things in a different way to others so loves brainstorming to come up with great ideas.
Paula is a people person through and through. She loves to help people, and loves variety so being able to utilise all of her skills doing what she loves is the perfect solution for everyone and it brings her much fulfillment.

Charlotte knows what busy is and loves to help people!
This is the reason that Life Assistant was born. She'd like to alleviate your stress to allow you to spend more time with family and friends.
Having worked with extremely busy Executives throughout her 15 years as an Executive & Personal Assistant roles within corporations such as Air New Zealand, Fonterra, Sky City, ASB Bank, NZ Post, Kiwi Property & the UK National
Health Service, Charlotte has been exposed to a variety of systems & processes. This has enabled her to see how different companies, clients & teams benefit from the most suitable systems being implemented.
Also an Interior Designer & Project Manager, having run her own small Interior Design business & being very passionate about renovations & property development, Charlotte would like to offer this knowledge to others.
In her spare time she enjoys snowboarding, travelling, beaching, camping, catching up with friends & family. Her two favourite little people are her nieces Paige and Lotte.
